1. Close the MotionDuck Extension
2. Open the Extension again by going to “Window – Extensions – MotionDuck”
3. Try to import template
4. If you receive the same error, please restart Premiere pro or After Effects.
5. When the software is open again, click on the “Three Lined” Icon next to the word MotionDuck in the Extension.
6. Then Click “Reload Panel”
7. Import a Template again.
