If you encounter the ‘Exceeded the number of computers using the subscription!‘ message while attempting to log in to your MotionDuck Subscription via the MotionDuck extension, please update MotionDuck to the latest version.

How to Update MotionDuck:

  1. Download ZXP Installer here: https://aescripts.com/learn/zxp-installer/
  2. Install ZXP Installer and open it.
  3. Download this version of MotionDuck here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/12zbJcN81Ha9-SUQtnAk8KN4DTk_owHEf/view?usp=drive_link
  4. Drag and drop the motionduck_3.1.zxp file into the ZXP Installer.
  5. Restart After Effects/Premiere Pro Pro if they were open.

 

If the Error still persist after update:

Please send an email to motionduckhelp@gmail.com, specifying your request to have your Token reset.

Upon receiving your email, our team will promptly reset your Token, granting you access to MotionDuck. Please note that this action will also log you out from all currently active sessions.
